What are the COLA requirements for blending the two beers and the barrel contribution of Bourbon?

Great video. Couple of questions. Since you aren't bottle conditioning these, have you noticed any DO issues post-packaging, especially with the Blichmann beer gun? Assume these are beers that people will tend to lay down for a while, so interested to hear your thoughts. Secondly, how was the liquid coconut to use? I know that it has to be added warm for maximum effect, so did you just taste it until it seemed like enough, and then crash it once it had gotten to your desired taste level? Also, off topic, that looks like an American Canning AT-1 canning machine in the background. If so, how do you like it? Going back and forth between that one and the WG Gosling. Cheers!
