I connected to poco support on Twitter and also visited the poco service centre, they installed news software in my device but the problem is not solved yet, now the Twitter poco sports said to visit the service centre again I don't know what they are doing. Please Help Me..........

Hype on EV is like constructing swimming pool in each and every village, town, city when there is hardly any water for drinking and irrigation!! 1.India don't have raw materials required for battery (all materials controlled by China, which is highly unreliable) 2. Whatever India found (lithium reserve) don't have extraction facilities and technology 3. Reserves of rare earth elements are just that...that is rare. If everyone on earth has to own EV, how long will it last?? 4. IIT study found that designing and manufacturing new vehicle, extracting metals and disposal of old battery causing more environmental damage that ICE 5. Most of the power in the world comes from Fossil fuels 6. Cost and maintenance of EVs high and unreliable Conclusion : with current levels of technology , infra and costs, it's neither cost effective (for people who drives less ) nor environmentally friendly. It's neither sustainable for long unless new abundantly available material is found for battery (sodium battery experiment going on)

If the service center is very crowdy then may be you will face service issues, If service center has decent crowd then they will give great service. I go to vadodara city service center . there is decent amount of crowd. So the service staff gives very great service. But in Ahmedabad , there is too much demand because there is too much ather owners. So some people face service related issues.
