In 1080p it's even more fps, and this becomes a bit of overkill. If you planning gaming in only 1080p there are cheaper configs that will do just fine. In this config in 1080p not overclocked CPU becomes a bottleneck at around 7% (so marginal). Would be nice to know whitch model of rtx 4070 is it exactly. Generally speaking ryzen 7800x3d + rtx 4070 is a great combination for 1440p (gaming wise).

1080p 540hz is coming soon from benq of course or u can get 1440p 240hz Invest in this and use ur current monitor for some time like one year and then get 540hz 1080p or 240hz 1440p But u can go for 5800x3d and 4060 combo if u want 1080p 240hz only

Using a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and an RTX 4070 as a benchmark, playing in Quad HD with graphics set to ULTRA/MAX, you should be able to run a game like Battlefield 2042 with an average frame rate varying between 90 and 120fps. Achieving 200+ fps is exceptionally good for this setup. You’re probably referring to a slightly older game or playing in Full HD.
Built my first pc with the same combo a couple days ago and I was worried about the high temps of the 7800x3d but seems like you are experiencing similar temps so I’m not as worried lol
@@Caveyy it’s really strong bro I’m loving it. After setting fan curves temps are decent with fans not being too loud. Had this issue where fans would randomly ramp up as the cpu would jump to 70° and solved that by increasing fan ramp up time. Games run like butter. Playing the new COD game at 180fps on extreme settings with DLSS. Maxing out Cyberpunk in 1440p and getting 70-80fps. Other games like Fortnite and it runs like butter.

@@r9sk If the card is used 100% it means that everything works. If the card would not work at 100% it means that there is a bottleneck on the part of the processor.

Gpu should be at 99%, for the cpu it really depends on which cpu you're going to use on your build. Overall. Cpu should be below 90%
