- Hi friends! Today I came to the villages again and spent a beautiful quiet day there. I am preparing my favorite summer dish, cold okroshka. This is a very simple and delicious lunch for me.
For cooking you will need:
- boiled potatoes
- boiled eggs
- radish
- cucumbers
- sausage or meat
- green onion
- dill
- salt pepper
- kefir
- sparkling water

The trick I found for hard boiled eggs is to us a pin needle and pop a small hole wen drooping in boiling water.
