Great taste, li0n heart 05!! My two favorites are the SM, of course ( manual transmission, please ) and the DS21 Chapron. Thanks for commenting, and enjoy your day!!!!
Know it well, bixtothis!! As long as we are dreaming, add the Chapron convertible, too! You will definitely like this video: ruclips.net/video/ADAIMdI2Ngs/видео.html Viva Citroen!!
@@josecarvalho9388 Yes it is. They were expensive and parts and mechanics for both the Citroen systems and the Maserati motor are hard to find in the States.
These exotic Citroen do not sell for crazy money ... yet!!! Now, maintenance is another matter! Good luck on the lottery and, when you win, please take me for a ride!!!
Was he surprised with your knowledge of the car? I agree with Dave, that I think I have only seen pics of these in gold, was glad you added the link to another color. I think that in the movie with Burt Reynolds, "The Longest Yard" that they referred to the car as a Maserati (I could be wrong with the movie title).
Great memory, briefman49!! That was a painful clip, as he had the suspension set on high most of the time... and the end!!!! Ouch!!!!! Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/2zS1SJhQSlQ/видео.html
Ah, yes... my dream car - with the European headlights. If I only had a "garagiste" to take good care of one for me. Comment: the audio mentioned that the Maserati "equivalent" was the Bora... I beg to disagree. The Bora had a V8 motor of the same configuration, but it was the Merak that had the same V6 motor. Oh what a sound!
The citreon sm and the citreon c6 are my favourite citreons.
Have a good day everyone 👍🏻🍀

Unique and beautiful car 👌😊
It was one of the many Citroen icons!!!
@@carshowreporter Hope you mean XM as well :)
@@xm222 The list is long!!!!!!!! Of course it includes the XM but, unfortunately, I have not had personal experience with it.
A DS21 and an SM, I’m jealous, 2 of my dream cars.

brilliant car
One of my favorites, too, A person! Thanks for watching and commenting.
European model of SM much more beautiful than the USA model.
Yes, and the lighting system not only looks better, but is far superior, too. Thanks for commenting and watching my videos, Jose!
@@carshowreporter It's a pleasure to seuu such a french beautiful car in USA, i believe it's a rare model there?

Stunning, thanks for uploading
Thanks Invaders757 Citroen is one of my favorite cars and I used to work on the SM when it was new!!!
Apologies if I've missed a post pointing this out, but it was the Maserati Merak that that got the SM engine and box.
Thanks for the important point, silkdestroyer.
Waiting to win the lotto....to buy one ! We can dream.....

Wish you can find a Régembeau version.
I had to " google " Regembeau. Very interesting!!!! You just educated me about a very unusual SM variant!! Thank you, or, should I say, merci!
@@carshowreporter Régembeau's son is still working on his father masterpieces in Crêches-sur-Saône.
Hope you can also review a Jerry Hathaway version.

Thanks for the correction, Ernesto!!!! I hope you win the lottery so you can hire a garagiste and buy an SM!
The Parker 51 of cars.
Parker 51 ???? Do you mean the pen?
This seems to be the only color I have ever seen on these cars!
Here is one just for you... northeastwheelsevents.ning.com/photo/carlisle-import-and-kit-car-2015-citroen-sm-1
