Its not impossible, if the shell bounced inside the tank it could potentially hit the ammorack, and say the shell dipped slightly down after entering the turret it would still hit the shells stowed in the back of the turret...
if you listen closely at the final clip where the t 67 jumps you can hear that WG added a jpz cannon sound to make it seem that the explosion was louder and then for some reason there is a jpz shellcasing hitting somewhere at the end.....

That would consider the real effect of that shit, not simple physics stuff. But I guess you can't do it because it would show how shitty it actually is.
