    "Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on the earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allâh spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination!"
    Surah An Nisa 97
    "Verily, you will never leave anything for the sake of Allah Almighty but that Allah will replace it with something better for you."
    Musnad Aḥmad 23074

    I am an African America revert to Islam. me and wife have 4 children who we tried and try to raise them as good muslims. But believe me when I tell you, living in the US it is an uphill battle. Evil is everywhere; in your house , outside your door, in the school, on the television , I mean everywhere. Sometimes the fitnah is so hard I start to feel discourage. But Allah told His Prophet (peace be upon him); You don't guide who you love. My family is not in a position to make hijrah but if the chance comes I am going. Make dua for us.... your brother Esa Abdullah from Mississippi, the poor slave of Allah in need of whatever favor Allah Bestows upon him...

    I decided to settle in the USA hoping to do dawa and inspire others to learn about Islam. Years ago when I was an activist against Iraq war an orthodox Jewish rabbi asked me about Islam and at that time I was not practicing Islam properly so I gave him a Quran. Few months later he reverted to Islam and then wife also became Muslim a little later. I keep in touch with them as they are elderly couple and since the Jewish community rejected them. We still talk about politics particularly Palestine and Islam. He can now speak Arabic and is working on his tajweed.

      May Allah reward you for the role he allowed to play in the reversion of this brother and his wife. Allow me to re-emphasize the words of the scholars, dont punt your working capital in danger for a bit of profit. Protect your religion and move out as soon as possible to one of the muslim lands.
      And on the issue of giving Dawah in the west, the scholars have made clear that such tasks are reserved for those who have studied islam with its fundamentals as to be able to oppose the falsehoods and lies from the disbelievers upon islam.

      Is mistreatment still the same now as what we always have been hearing about growing up watching Western media and their portrayal of Muslims and Islam? How much of it is actually true and how much of it are just kaffirs and mushriks, and sell out munafiqoons working together spreading lies and propaganda against Islam and Muslims?
      And where exactly shall we make this hijrah to feesabilillah when the chances are pretty high that those places are in fact infatuated with the places you're trying to flee with your imaan and family in the first place?
      There is something very strange going on currently. In the West we are seeing beginning phenomenon now of literally Muslims from all across the world living among one another, literally marrying one another from across all different races and background and slowly creating beautiful Islamic communities together with one another, even having halal businesses together with another, their kids lingua franca is primarily English, their culture is American, their deen is Islam and we are even seeing phenomenon of growing numbers of alims and hufaz, learned in Islamic scholarship coming out from the West..
      Just when you think you got them figured out especially with the blatant attacks against Muslim communities across the west, they throw this strange curve ball that questions your assumptions and make you second guess your choices.
      To complicate situation even more, again, what exactly is darulkufr and what is clear cut darulislam when as you say, chances are pretty high that many aspect of jahil third world cultural baggage are seeping it's way into the very places where it was supposed to be Islamic system, it was supposed to be about Islamic moral code, culture, and Islamic economic and Islamic ecosystem but only to find bitter reality of something else entirely in its place namely: mega corporations and promotions of vices, classism, racism, tribalism, a system completely based on the same exact haraam global interest based economy but with a clever Islamic looking window dressing appearance that's no better than the one you're trying to flea because they're turning all their kids into raging flaming queer khom-loots, etc?

    With high respect: this is absolutely against Islam. Islam is for the whole humankind. How are non Muslims supposed to get dawa by seeing Muslim behavior? Or do we inform about Islam through leaflets? Islam spread by Muslims traveling through the world, not by staying at the same place or conquering non Muslim lands. And please see it from the perspective of e.g Europeans who embraced Islam. How are we supposed to give dawa to our family members if we move away? Allah definitely has a plan why some Muslims are in Europe. Nouman Ali Khan had a very great point on that: „If your Iman depends on your environment, your Iman needs to be fixed“. You gotta be a true Muslim with true Iman everywhere on earth. And most of the times hardships create a good Iman.

    Yea, in the Muslim lands they have kafala system which is absolutely not allowed in Islam. Bias and racism exists there too, southeast asians are looked down upon. Laws favor the citizens. I was born in one such country so that's how I can say. It's no better when there's oppression in Muslim lands but no one knows these, they just assume that yea it's Muslim majority so it's all good, nope. Not one of these Muslim countries implemented complete Islamic law.

    See, this is the problem. Muslims are expected to perform Dawah, in a society of non-muslims. Any self respecting adult do not need someone else to tell them what to belive in. Professing your religion and expressing it is alright, as long as you don't try to convince another to join your religion. And if you're actively trying to do that, you deserve the backlash and the resistance you get

    • @SilentWayFarer1
      @SilentWayFarer1 2 месяца назад +2

      Dunno if you’re Muslim , but giving Dawah is a command in the Quran. Read Surah Asr. Every human being has a right to know the truth. Dawah could be to your family even, and everyone is obligated based on their knowledge and ability. And yes backlash is a part of it. That’s also implied in the same Surah. Life is a test, and those that can do what Allah said, bear the hardships with patience, will have their reward, inshallah
