I was wondering if we would ever get a "one fewer hand slot" character, I love how they did it. Can't wait to play her, event heavy decks are right up my alley
The events in this game are set somewhere between 1920 and 1930, so in my opinion it should reflect the social realities of the time. And by the way.....who cares about the sexual preferences of a investigator? This game isn't about that at all.
Depending on her deck building rules, it may a bit feel like a Nathaniel Cho bis. I assume she''l play a lot with the Bold event: start your turn by playing the Bold event (because you are forced to) and then use her reaction to play the event you really want to play. Which brings one question: what is the ruling between "play as your first action" and her reaction ? Can you play with her reaction an event you ahve to play with her first action if the reaction is to her first action ?
@@TribulationsSolo the first event would be the first action. I think the reaction triggers after the first action so, I don't think the combo works. If the fitst card was fast, though, that would make the second card cost no action too. I believe in that case, the cost to play a Bold event is not satisfied, so you can't even play Bold events, ungortunatelly. The same was with my parallel Roland not able to make bold events fast.
I don't like Marion, she is not thematic at all. A person with 1 arm being good in combat, that's some bullshit. Marion is a bad attempt to include people with disabilities. FFG isn't satisfied with already having a gay, lesbian, trans, muslim, obese and so on in their woke game. I'm miss the old good arkham days, before the game went so political.
Given that you missed or forgot she's a trawler, I can see you don't find her thematic but man, she's fun and interesting to build For not liking "political content in a game", your only mention it and nothing gameplay related lol

Ive always wanted to play as a disabled black woman!
She sounds like a lot of fun, and I like the design too!

Thanks for the reaction

@@stickandmud It's also my opinion but I hope we'll have 2 lines in the cycle booklet to be sure.
the esgification of this game is reaching absurdity. Just waiting for a vitiligo character now
Flesh and blood. Adult Kayo has only one arm. He is only allowed to use 1. One-handed weapon.
His full card name is Kayo Armed and Dangerous.
In comparison to the 'big guns' Michael McGlen, the guardian looks a bit 'armless...
Gotta hand it to you, that was funny.

vai ficar repetindo isso até quando chatão?
One-Two punch event hits differently but other than that I don't see a problem 😂
very true and sad
