Good review. This is probably the most underrated Bond game out there. Like you said, it has the look and feel of the Connery era, but with the polished gameplay of Everything or Nothing, and I do appreciate that the difficulty is a bit more balanced here versus the at times challenging nature of EON.
I remember that multiplayer making me so very disappointed as a kid. With no bots at all, the only way you could even check it out or play the content was to have a dead player 2 just standing there while you run around the maps. There is also the issue with only deathmatch, so if you had a friend you could only do 1 on 1 killing each other, no us vs bots or anything
Owned this one on Xbox for a while, and even though I’ve sold the game itself since, I kept its strategy guide as both a memoir and I feel physical strategy guides are somewhat of a lost art. Regardless, truly a slept-on Bond title not bought up in conversation. Whether it be EA’s meddling or it being too little too late, doesn’t detract from your excellent coverage of its GameCube port. Your 007 reviews are what got me to hover over your “Subscribe” button in the first place, and I’m glad you’ve only widened your stride when it comes to these reviews. Top job!!
RIP Sean Connery
I rented From Russia With Love back in the day.

Definitely one of my favorite GameCube games

This game proves the GoldenEye remake didn't need Daniel Craig.
ThePreciseClimber My point exactly. They could’ve easily brought Pierce Brosnan back
Agree

Awesome
Obra maestra
The voice of Sean Connery does sound weird. It really doesn't fit the young Bond.
Well i still think it's good having Sean Connery voicing himself over an imitator
