The fact the back of the cart folds up is probably what has me sold.. I will use it for hunting and I worry about Departure angle.. afraid that floor for the back seats would get hung up on the ground
One of my personal favorite features as well! We have a few more gen 1 units in stock and they are on sale big time! Give us a call 972-478-1332. Thank you for watching!
Super video Kevin! I was going to buy a California Sportster with a 650 controller that will do about 40 mph but now rethinking.
This x series was flying!
Is there a way to lock the rear seat in the folded position so it doesn't flop around while driving?
Yes it has pins they weren’t installed when I was driving
Can you do a step by step video or explain the process on how to do the program through the Bluetooth app and also where can we get/find the dealer diagnostic tool? I knew there had to be a way to turn these things up for the price point these are and how big the motor is. So glad I found this video. Really looking for more info on how to turn my x series up!!
It’s something your dealer can offer you, if you’re in DFW i can program it for you as well.
No
My dealer said that everything is locked passed 25. So he said that he has to get a code but if he gets the code then they know that the warranty is voided. Do you know if there is a way around that ?
@@lakesidebuggies any thoughts on what @kaitlynanello365 said
@@kaitlynanello365 modifying any golf cart to run faster than it was designed to go from the manufacture will typically void the warranty on the battery motor and controller I just moved the app to 25mph and for much higher speed out of it
how did you make it faster
Navitas carts have a Bluetooth programmable controller. The X series does also, but you have to have a special tool to do that with it
What’s the piece on the front called its behind the front grill
I can’t give you a technical name for it, but I call it a front lower valance
I’m wanting to add the dash. Is there a specific to order for my X series?
I know your comment was quite a while back, but I just created an install video with the link to buy the screen in the comments. It’s my most recent video.
This thing is super fast!! Wow!! 😯
Thanks for watching!
Good video. Is the dealer diagnostic tool as you mentioned available to buyers? If so how much? The Reliance bluetooth app will not let you make changes to regen, speed or acceleration. Going back to the dealer and paying for each adjustment seems like a non-starter.
It’s available to dealers. It takes a few seconds to use. Talk to your dealer, non starter resolved
@@lakesidebuggiesfor reliance batteries or eco like shown in the video
@@tylerwalsingham12 the Bluetooth tool works on both battery setups
@@lakesidebuggies what would you say the main difference between the ECO AND RELIANCE IS ?
@@tylerwalsingham12 the biggest obvious difference was the voltage the reliance battery is 48 volt while eco is 52, and the eco battery power delivery was much better
What parts fit the x series cart? Would a dash kit for a txt fit?
Yes. That’s what the dash kit on it is from
how does an eco battery improve how the cart drives compared to the reliance?
I wondered the same thing, I tried one out today with the Reliance and I was very impressed with the performance!!
Eco battery allows the cart to actually function compared to a reliance, which was typically DOA, we refused to sell these carts with reliance batteries after seeing several of them failed before even leaving our showroom
I cannot find a place to just message you directly - I am creating a hybrid ATV/golf cart for someone in a wheelchair. Think we have everything figured out but I am starting fresh with all the electronics. Going to be attaching the golf cart motor to the front end of a four-wheel drive ATV - overall weight and other dimensions should remain kind of close, except for the weight of the wheelchair. Plum quick quoted me there most advanced electronics package at around $2,100 plus the battery. Do I need to start at the upper echelon system? Are the prices for a new 36 volt / 48 volt / 72 volt close enough in comparison that dollar-wise I am best to go with the new AC conversion? Because they are so close in price? You do a lot of projects, I'm sure you have a lot of stuff laying around that could be used. Anything you might want to sell for my prototype? Thanks, and really enjoy your videos.
You can email me at kevin@lakesidebuggies.com but I am not entirely sure I know how to help. We offer batteries and we have Navitas controllers and motors
How much for one of these x series carts from you?
The X Series range from $8,999 to $13,999
Rough cost for lithium and stock please.
Give us a shout, 972-478-1332 or email as sales@lakesidebuggies.com I need a little more detail on what you’re looking for to get your quote
Can the madjax be lowered?
You can order a lowered Madjax
What's better? The MadJax or the Kodiak?
They are both fantastic carts in their own respects
Does the Madjax X have a VIN #
Serial #
They have a serial number currently however I think Madjax is working on 50 state mfg license
Too bad the dash is so dated!
I just posted a video installing the 10” Apple Car Play dash we designed for the MadJax G 1 and Navitas carts! Hopefully you get a chance to check it out!
