- Brazilian Lucky wood plant can bring luck, has a small stump and is a potted plant of water planting. In summer, keep it away from a little sunlight, and place it indoors in a ventilated place, and provide more sunlight in autumn and winter. Brazilian wood is afraid of cold. In winter, it should be placed indoors in a sunny place with a temperature of 5 to 10 degrees Celsius.
Maximum water to be kept in the pot is 0.5 cm.
Excess water can cause the trunk to rot, stink and die.

Mine came with like a thin layer of wax on top should i take it off or leave it nothings growing on it and i got it in June and im keeping low amount of water on it
@@jh30stm just keep low amount of water. Maximum 0.5-1 cm, And refill water once the water is empty. No no, the wax layer is not to be removed. This layer helps in the water retention and doesn't allow the plant to rott because of too much moisture.
In the worst scenario, if you get any problem with your plant, you can always put it in soil.
I bought this plant sapling from affordable grow website.
I just got a branch of it there are no leaves on it. When i put this plant in water the water starts stinking after fews hours its has been 3 months the plant has not shown any leaves on it.what can I do ro make it grow ?
The water quantity has to be on a lower side. I am keeping maximum water height as 0.5 cm- 1 cm only. The more the water, more is the chances of rotting.
Start keeping less water, if nothing works, you can put the plant in the soil.
Which side did you put into the water? I also got the same only wood without leaves.so I do not understand which side I should put into the water.
Also, what will be the light requirements? Please guide me.
Normally, the plant which I sold were having 1-4 numbers of shoots already , so it is very easy to understand which is up side and which in down.
In your case, when you get a log of wood with no shoots, just check on both the side of the plant. Usually the top layer is covered with wax, so as to avoid rotting from top.
