I love this deck so much. I tend to play the Kaiju version in order to deal problem monsters and still swing for the OTK, but this version is very well rounded. Heroics really echo the phrase "Fear not the man whos practiced 1,000 different techniques once. Fear the one who's practiced a single technique 1,000 times."
I played against Evil Eye once. All I could do was make Jarngreipr and set Retribution Sword. I interrupted their play with cards like Droplet, but they still managed to boost one of their monsters to lethal ATK. Little Jarngreipr wouldn't stand a chance. But then I activated Retribution Sword on attack declaration. They charge in, Jarngreipr gives me about 3000 LP. Their monster deals over 8000 damage to me and them, but since I was slightly above the damage threshold, I lived. And to this day, I will always run 1 Retribution Sword.
a good card to combo with rhongo is Sales ban, that card makes you declare a card name, the oppenent cannot activate cards or effects with that declared name, and so do you but it will last until the end of the duel, so what makes it a good combo? you declare rhongo's card and then he won't be able activate his effects for the rest of the duel, so he will never detach XYZ materials at the end of the opponent's turn, and when rhongo has 4+ materials the opponent cannot summon, he can't kaiju rhongo
I know this is an old video, but I just remembered a tech card you can add in to this," Magical-Mid Breaker Field". This protects your monsters from targeting effects, which may help in some cases.
I think Rongo would must errata, something like 2+ heroic monster how summon condition and the effect of this card just apply if it have heroic monster with materials, then, anyone player would can use it out of heroic deck.
If I had a dollar for every duel I've won because my opponent attacked into Claivesolish, not knowing his effect can be triggered on their turn... I'd have quite a few dollars actually.

Been playing this and this deck was so overlooked because of Therion and Libromancer. It’s a decent deck and very fun.
I recently used this deck and defeated both the numeron network OTK and the numeron dragon OTK thanks to retribution sword.
