- Watch the full episode 11 of H2O season 2 :) Zane comes to Rikki with an offer to find a priceless Tibetan statue lost at the bottom of the ocean. The owners of the statue are offering a large reward for its return, but Rikki refuses, thinking that Zane is being greedy. But then she discovers that her father is in serious financial trouble, and when he tells her that they might have to leave the Gold Coast, Rikki agrees to find the statue with Zane, and persuades the others to help (without telling them that there is a reward involved).

What’s the difference between mako mermaids and H2o
Sara Jedidia H2O is about 3 girls who become mermaids while Mako Mermaids is about 3 mermaids becoming girls, plus it’s the first to feature mermen. Plus Mako Mermaids is also the sequel to H2O due to Rikki’s reappearance in the last 2 episodes.
H2O was made before Mako mermaids so technically Mako mermaids kinda did something similar but not copied everything. Which isn't a problem because it's not like they copied.
Royale_ Poppy Mako Mermaids is canon to H2O they are part of the same universe and Rikki does appear in the last 2 episodes of the series.

Zane actually really gets along quite well with Lewis, which is why in the first two seasons they all got along so well. Such a good group hug including Zane even, should have included Cleo too though

It was really cute how Lewis noticed Cleo wasn’t included so he went in her direction and started talking about something else to maybe somehow make her feel more included, he loves her so much❤
I’ve been noticing this season the first part Cleo does not want anything todo with Lewis especially now that he is with Charlotte, in this episode she is still not 100% on board being with Lewis but as the season continues she starts to miss him(a later episode will see more). Episode 19 Cleo finally shows her true feelings, telling Max that is not his fault Gracie left him, saying that sometimes we say things that we don’t understand at the time, only to realize it was a mistake(as she is saying this she turns towards Lewis, saying that it was a mistake her tell that it’s best for us to be apart, then towards the end especially episode 25 where everyone is against her from her father, sister, Emma and Rikki, charlotte, and even Lewis, causing her to run away, finally Lewis grows a pair and comes to her rescue(if you want to call it that) crazy season

This is the episode you realize Rikki started to see deep sea treasure hunting was her calling and in Mako Mermaids we see Adult Rikki being a world known deep sea treasure hunter which is easy for her cuz by being a mermaid oceanic temperature and water pressure don’t effect her it’s literally the perfect job for a mermaid to have in my opinion
I believe she chose this career path because it remind her what she had and fought for this. She hunted the treasure so she could get money prize for her dad. With money, she didnt have to move and say goodbye to her friends

she asked lewis mum, but then again, we have never seen the episode where charlotte meets his parents or her mentioning that she wants to meet his parents and also we have never seen lewis house or parents for some reason even though he is literally the person who is kind of a main character because he is always in most of the episodes helping rikki, cleo and emma.
