@@alekslpez Thanks. Trying to figure out which radio to get for my 2011 EX. I want to keep my SiriusXM. I don't need GPS as I have a Garmin. Not sure if I need IDataLink or not. Any recs?
After watching just the first few minutes…THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I recently bought an Element sc and it came with an Android 10.2 head unit. The problem I’m having is that the speakers sound like crap. I believe I need a 4-channel. Found that in a different video. But I have learned, I’m not running a sub due to how the previous owner set it up. I believe they got the wrong one. I don’t have aux or sub plugs. But they did get a metra hookup. So luckily I have that. But there is no hook up for the sun off of the metra harness. Audio is not my strong suit. So thank you so much for making this video.
So I sucessfully installed the 1st I believe of it's kind for the Honda Element platform (a 13 inch 4K high definition android radio) with a 42 band EQ setting for each speaker. If you would like to see the details and breakdown of how i did this IM me and I will give you the model and instructions. You would not want to miss this :-)
If you have the factory amp you use the RCAs. Those RCA outputs on the headunit bypass the built in amp. You will lose the subwoofer tho. If you don't have a factory amp, then you'll want to use the speaker outs that come out from the main harness. Those outputs are amplified outs. He didn't explain in the video.

Did you have an amplifier? I hooked up the RCAs but no sound. I'm thinking I need to provide power to amplifier? Thanks
Make sure you have the RCA for the sub and hook up the remote wire
