Had all these great bands I never heard of like Bowling Green, Autechre, Squarepusher, Plaid. I’ve recreated that album on my computer as it’s impossible to find now.

I was dying to listen to enbounce. This is legitimately the peak track that squarepusher ever released in my opinion. The chaotic percussions and the soothing melody blending together in the halfway mark is extremely satisfying. This doesnt need a 10/10 rating, this is a 20/10. Its just universally perfect.

The thing about Squarepusher is he has a lot of control over his material. He can push and push in a direction and the quality is consistent. Here he explores new melodic avenues using his signature sound palette. There is diversity in how he achieves the tracks of this album, but thematically, they're all dark and intense. It's a good album from a great artist!
Squarepusher at Balter, Bangface, Glade Festival and the Glade stage at Glasto will be some of my all time favourite festival memories. Squarepusher at the Brudenell in Leeds was my first gig post covid. Knocked us off our feet. Not sure any gig can touch that one.
