He is very situational so I would probably invest in someone else until later on in the future. I will say that his damage reduction he offers really helped me here. In 1.4 we will be getting a psychube that buffs Spirit and Intellect characters by a good amount so he should see a buff at least.

Balloon party is op here, her reflect deals the dmg cap to side mobs. I one tried this (even though I struggles on 16-1)
