Sir we agree no one can match similar level of questions in all the shifts.... Bt sir when the variance is too much among all the shifts it is not good at all... 20-30% ka level differentiate we can understand.... Ek deserving student bhi sir aate aate questions ni kr pata jb confidence loose hote hai.... Bt jb easy shift aati hai may be that student could have scored much better.... Ek paper main 17 one liners... Ek main 10 aur vo 10 bhi aise even students are rechecking one liner shi to kra h na... That is not at all a good thing
Mouse ka issue har baar ka hai last year mere sath tha 1 click par kaam nahi krta 3 click kro or dusra questoin padho or 4 second baad question shift ho jaye. Bhut dimag disturb ho jata hai

I dont agree bhaiya, they can give high/low level, its their choice, but it should be bit balanced, when the gap is big,it effects bcz easy one get their marks deducted and too high lvl students get nervous or totally blanked which in turn effects their next subject also.

Some level of variation can definitely happen...but the variation happened in exams was too much...and when adding the pressure exam to it, it's no way fair cause having the tough shift in that pressure makes it even harder to solve. And normalisation wouldn't be able make up for it... I would not have qualified the easiest shift also, cause I was not prepared. But, Still I feel for my friends who have been preparing for some time and just they were unlucky they were given harder shift.

Normalisation kaam kar raha hai. Pichle kaafi time se. Balance krne ke liye. P.O me aapki expectation meet nhi kar paye aap. Uska bura laga aapko.

1. Totally agree bhaiya. Sabhi shift me apna challenge hona chahiye. Mushkil shift walo ko normalisation me fayda mil jata hai. Uski shikayat nhi karni chahiye.
2. System wala issue maine last year face kiya tha. Mera screen ruk gaya tha. And mere 6-7 minutes kharab ho gaye.
3. Yes yes hame paper dena chahiye ibps ko
