As a player I hated him but admired his skills as a Tipp man, but that later just turned to admiration of him. Now I never thought of all those kk players that it would be him I would listen to but he is a top commentator and very good at it.
I don't consider kilkenny the greatest team ever, when ref gives you frees all the time, and when they are not marked, if a person marked them they wouldn't get nothing
