I don't imagine any indian visiting other countries and making videos about good and bads. I dunno why the westerners are obsessed with indian poverty.
Actually describing India is next to impossible. Because in every 100 kilometres you’ll see something new; new language new culture etc. so don’t judge India just by visiting mumbai, delhi, kolkata mainstream cities. I’m sure if you travel all India from north to south then you’ll never leave this country and bound to fell in love with it. I can assure you the beauty of earth you’ll witness here of you go to ladakh, kashmir, kerala, ponichery, rajasthan, all the himalayan range and northeast you’ll love it. WE HAVE EVERYTHING from noise to peace and we love it and everyone is welcome here. ❤️
People losing their minds in the comment section just a reminder that It's not possible to travel the entire country. To each their own let her have her opinion. Her worldview and her truths are different from yours. Just learn to accept it and move on. I mean my idea of India is very different from hers since I grew up in a part of India where there is less crowd, cold weather and no slums. Therefore for me India is very different from say a person who visits delhi, Mumbai or north india first and thinks it is all there is to India. You know it's not true about all places in India so chill. It's just one person's opinion. Our civilization in ancient times was known for its tolerance but in the modern era we have grown very intolerant to views that might not align with our worldview
There are 3 regions in South Asia where you will find cleanliness, less pollution, no honking and people also stop the car for pedestrians. 1) Bhutan 2) Sikkim 3) Mizoram However in Mizoram most of the people speak Mizo and basic English, rarely anyone speaks Hindi. The weather is great, summers are cooler than Bangalore and winters are warmer than Delhi. Their music is awesome and it sounds like 1970s USA. I have 3 Mizo playlists 1) Mizo Top 25 songs, top 25 artists 2) Mizo top 75 3) Mizo 460 songs. In Sikkim everyone speaks Nepalese, Hindi and English. In Bhutan people speak Dzongkha, English and Basic Hindi. However the problem with Bhutan is that it is not very globalized. There is no 5g and very few big brands or great restaurants. Sikkim is the best among them. Unfortunately, the most famous tourist area of India is golden triangle because it has forts, palaces and monuments. However, I think you should only visit golden triangle if you are investing in a tour guide and the monuments. If you don't then it would be disastrous.
Hello there, you are spot on with your observations, about our country. I am also glad to see you in Kolkata (which also happens to be my city), and I could identify the places you were walking through. I am also pleased about the fact that you think our city is safe. By the way, if you are looking for Non-vegetarian(meat and fish) food in India, this is one great place to be in. Have a great time. Bye.
