@@sandystewart2810there are many articles available online about the murders. His was the 2nd last execution at the Londonderry prison. I regret to say that he was my mother's great uncle, my great grand uncle.

Albert Moore was my Great Grandfather, he is reported to have found the hammer after taking the RIC to the scene.

The planters didn't have much to do in those days,if a big day was to visit the scene of a double murder. Sad days indeed.
