great work as usual, those tie rod ends, as they are cast steel, on my 20-35, i welded them up and rebored them to original size. also i bought off ebay, a Lense cutter, wil cut from 3/4 inch to about 5 inch discs. I am missing the original oil pressure gauges on both the 20-35s. the hole in the fire wall is exactly the right size for an automotive style gauge so i didnt know that they were missing!!
Have you looked into using hydraulic tubing for your thin walled pipes? It's available in lots of sizes from lots of suppliers. I know that the aircraft industry uses tons of different sizes and materials of tubing. Mostly stainless, but definitely other metals as well.
