This is the only apartment place that I have ever seen actually worth the freaking money. These other places be trippin. They charge $1700 and been built since the 80s. Excuse me? Great job to whoever decided to actually give people a lovely experience while living at home! This concept is so nice!
Yup or even older ones. Slap a coat of paint, miracle method sprayed on the old formica countertop, bathroom and tubs. Jack up the price.
My apartments in Pinellas Park offered the suites for guests 😊

To each is own. I rather have my own place (HOUSE) than pay for apartment. I'm glad to have my own house after living in apartment for 3yrs. Apartments are competitive with the market and every year they increase your rent regardless even if ur a good tenant and never late on making your payments. Rent still go up each year. I had to get away from that. My last year in apartment, I asked the manager if there's an opportunity to decrease my rent or keep it the same since I never been late while staying there, and she explained it all to me about apartments being competitive
So much factors into these kinds of prices. Geographically, markets stance, economic conditions, soo much goes into it..but if I can avoid those kinds of bills at all cost I will definitely do my best. Luxury for one may look like a ocean view from their high rise and another’s would be to have a backyard and an extra bedroom or office. But at what cost. I just want to live within my means.

Love it. But yup the more expensive the apartment is the amenities are. Also alot of high end apartments are now coming with washer/ dryers in units. Same as the microwave or dish washer
The apartment does accept section 8 if anyone would like to know. She did state that if you use the voucher, they require the resident to make 3 times the rent. Just an FYI 😊
With those prices it still won’t be affordable with a Housing Choice Voucher. If you made 3 times the rent you would not need the Voucher. You should only be required to make 3 times your portion of the rent.

how you gonna give financial advice and renting, you need to buy those 7 kids and a man a house with a damn yard. all cramped up and ish. 2774 for a 3 bed room ans its's only 1500 square feet? and you need at least a 5 bedroom don be fooled by all the amenities, you can have a media room in YOUR own house. I use to live in a RESORT STYLE LIVING COMMUNITY IN NC I miss it woo much! It was a pleasure to come home to it daily! It was like I got off work straight into vacation home daily!

Looks like my luxury apartment, from state to state they’re designing these luxurious apartments the exact same, they’re beautiful but it would be nice if they offered different options for the layouts, bigger bedrooms.
Dang it would cheaper to buy a house! I live in Alaska which is the 4th most expensive state of all 50 and my 3,000 sq ft house is $1695 a month buying it
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life, it’s more land for development and future growth.❤️
This place is amazingly beautiful! I’m noticing they are building these luxury apartments everywhere it’s the new craze. However they put so much into the amenities that the actual living spaces I find to be subpar. But that’s just my opinion…still a great place to call home!

I love doing house tours too. Idk if you knew but I’m working with a mystery shopping company that pays me to mystery shop for apartments. I once went on a road trip. Did my mystery shopping making stops along the way and wrote my trip off on taxes.

In FL some Apts have a den and closets that are big enough to use as a child's room. I'm currently in a 2 bed 2 ba apt thats also newly built been here for a yr tryna move to another but the closet in the master bedroom is big has a door not sliding but a locking one easily could be used as an office or spare guest/kid room.
