I always try to spot his voice in animes. People only know him as Goku but he's had so many other roles. It's difficult when he pulls a different voice like King Kai's.
Moral of the story people who keeps going from job-to-job won't always be the best person to have if they don't have what it takes or keep screwing up but a person who can hold down a job knows not to screw up and can hold things down when asked by the Boss and the team
