    Laila thanks for this recipe I have seen another of urs now am confused which one to try and am leaning more towards this one . I will send u a feedback . But when u out this in the fridge would it not become hard ! Is this one better than adding ghee one !

    How long do you let the rasmalai boil for it to cook well in the middle?

      When started to boil keep stirring until fluffy and big it can take 2-4 minutes
