Not just "hard", I would say "hardest" and "most important"! They aren't only hunting to feed their cubs, but the entire pride together with it's male Lion, as he is too lazy and only walks to patrol pride's territory and of course fights when necessary. Without Lioness, pride & male Lion wouldn't survive as male Lion isn't built for hunting, while he is perfect for fighting,. And the Lioness is vice versa, perfect strategical & precise expert killing machine, but not big & strong enough to fight with the male. Respect and only respect to Lionesses.
yeah sometimes travelling miles, multiple times!, to move all the cubs every 3/4 days. Its just amazing what motherhood does to what is otherwise a killing machine. But then not to forget - all that kindness & empathy is reserved just for its cubs. You will be shred to pieces if you step out of that vehicle LoL
The guide is Byron. He hasn't been back as a guest guide for a few years. Byron is very well liked. He has a very nice demeanor & full of knowledge. So pleased he got to be first to see these cubs! Byron & James Hendry go back a long ways. If I am not mistaken, Byron was once a student of James. Be super nice if James could get Byron back for a while. Finding him in the video archives is lovely. Such a special voice.
