Ponta Da Oura - A Surf and Free Diving Adventure

So privileged to have joined John McCarthy on an trip to Ponta da Ouro in Mozambique, with a special group of people, under his banner of 'Oceanchild Adventures'.
John is an incredible waterman and the result is that my learning curve around the sea was amplified. I still have so much to learn.
My first experience of free diving was incredible and the physical and psychological benefits palpable. Being able to interact with the beautiful creatures of our oceans was exhilarating. Something I will certainly be doing again in the future.
