I had my first MX race a week ago and it was also the first time wearing boots. I ended up pointing my toes out as I kept hitting the back break accidentally and couldn't even feel it with the boots on. But there were a few times were I kept coming up off the seat and pegs because I wasn't gripping anything with my legs... So this is actually a great tip for beginner riders or people adjusting to wearing boots. To fix my issue I plan to adjust the brake pedal down like 1/8-1/4" and see if that helps me not hit it while keeping my feet straight/in.
yeah thats why my factory graphics didnt last more than a few hours maybe . i cant ride without knee pads to stop the inside of my knees from being raw . i go too fast not to grip with my knees , id be flying off lmao
What kneepads do you ride with? I've been trying to find some that only have cushion on the inner knee. Seems every MX pair is built for laying down dirtbikes with huge pads.
