It's bad. There's a huge difference between American cities and Chinese cities. It's as if you were comparing American cities with 2015 specifications and Chinese cities with 20200 specifications. There's a huge and vast difference, neither in terms of infrastructure, nor construction, nor streets, nor parks. China remains light years ahead of America.
