Try True Skate in realistic mode as it requires the player to swipe up on the board for higher pop similar to real life The ollies are also much more controlled and in-scale with the rest of the map obstacles making things like manual pads possible without overshooting the entire obstacle. Also to clear something up regarding the rest of the mobile skate games, this game has a better physics engine than both Touchgrind and Skater; however, what you prefer comes down to personal preference. In both Touchgrind and Skater, each trick is simply a pre-rendered animation corresponding to a certain swipe. In True Skate, the board is entirely physics based where the board reacts in real time to the users swipes meaning that no two tricks are exactly the same. More control means higher difficulty, harder to master; however it allows for progression that is similar to real life Skateboarding. The effort invested to learn tricks gives a feeling of accomplishment that doesn't exist nearly to the same degree in rival games. Manuals require balance, a similar algorithm to the process of balancing on a real skate board. I'm not trying to talk negatively about Touchgrind and Skater while blindly praising True Skate, I'm just giving insight as to the main advantages of True Skate. Also if anyone has issues learning certain tricks in True Skate or if you simply have questions about the game, I'll answer.
I think Aaron would actually be really good at the manuals in this game with some practice. Would also be cool to see games of S.K.A.T.E in this game once you guys get some down consistently. It's all muscle memory.

If you either wanna do a frontside 180 or backside 180, hold the camera with arrows going anti and clockwise and swipe you finger across the board left or right while in an ollie position.

Aaron, a lazy grind is also known as a willy grind where you roll up to the rail frontside, ollie up like you normally would and its like a 50-50 however you only lock into your front truck, your back truck hangs.

Wild idea. Borrow a projector tv and aim it at the wall at the braille house and hook up a game to it. Tried it a long time ago with a rally car game and made an 8 ft by 7 ft screen on the wall. The cars were life-size. Very fun. Did you ever have a lock-in in school where you stay up all night and eat pizza and hang out with your friends? You could do one of those at the park. You could do both. You're welcome.
This was the most pain full 11minutes and 56 seconds of my life😤
It was so cool to see Aaron play this because I’ve been playing it since 2010 and it’s my favorite game ever

I've been playing this game for a few years, put your fingers on it like you would a finger board. I also play in realistic mode, it makes it easier to control and you don't get the insane fast flipping. Also when playing, hold your finger on the board to keep your speed so your not always pushing, you can gain speed just by rolling down a bank with your finger on the board.
You can do grabs by pressing beside the board (in the air) and then sliding your finger onto the board, a "hand" will appear so you know you will be grabbing. A easy way to learn grabs is on the mega ramp.
I am darn good at this game but I can't post anything because I'm not on any social media.

each thumb make as one foot each one to pop one to flick, and it becomes easier as you learn the heigh and reach of the ollies is actually really entretaining

I was having trouble with my switch triple hardflips but True Skate helped me. Once I was able to get it down in the game I was able to pull it off in real life down a 1 stair

TOUCH GRIND SKATE 2 is the best iOS Skateboarding game. It’s basically a digital fingerboard. Works the same as a skate board for the most part but with your fingers.
I’ve owned almost every skateboarding game for iOS. True Skate is at best #3 Behring TG Skate2 and Skater app. Stick skate battle is also a very fun skate game but it’s very discerner and more of an arcade game with multiplayer aspects

Ok, I wasn’t writing it as an angry comment, just stating that it is fun but once you get good it becomes disappointing when you unlock all tucks and levels which happens really fast

I personally play with both my thumbs. Left to control the board right to push and flick. Takes time. I’ve currently got top 1% for a few parks. Takes some practice

Press the 3 dots at the top then go to settings at the bottom then push play. Scroll down and turn up the swipe sensitivity to max. That'll make it easier to do tricks.

they gotta tutorial y'know. like in-game. show all in the missions menu. Its really fun once u get the hang of it, i like it better than Skate 3 in terms of pure skating and trick control, realistic mode makes the physics more accurate and believable.
just has tons content and does a decent job at rewarding you for improving, for sure best skate app imo.

I play goofy footed with my right hand and use my index(backfoot), and middle finger(front). Fingers fo' legs son, FINGERS FO' LEGS!!!!
To do the front side 180 you have to hit that little camera button with the Spinney thing on it and then I’ll leave and then just pull which ever way you want to do the 180
I use both hands. index finger on both...but you need a kick stand or something like that. it makes it much easier to control
To do spin tricks like backside 180 hold the camera logo on the mid left on the screen the one below the three arrows pointing right

Use the camera in the middle left hand side that's how you fruntside 180 and backside 180s I can do all the tricks but one that's a tray flip in the GAME!

To fs 180 hold the camera button with the arrows in on the left and swipe right or left as if you were doing a pop shuv and it should do a fs or bs spin
