Ya know, that platform is almost 9 stories high. I have never considered myself to be afraid of heights---I have climbed on many a roof and even, crazily, scaled elevator shafts when in college---sometimes even riding on top of a moving elevator! BUT, I get queasy just watching them walk out on that 27m platform. These divers have BALLS. And Molly has more spirit than any 10 average people put together. She is so adorable.
I feel parents and diver should be secured being up there. If one parents has lost nerves they could Go down the false side. I noticed this too with other videos where if a diver slips on the stairs, they could go down because no proper side lining.
The higher platform looks shorter than the lower one. Im thinking how can they dive and not collide with the platform below. Baffles me! So scarey looking.😢

This reminds me. I must watch your video about how the judges mark your dives . It all looks super amazing and extraordinary to me. It's why I follow your channel Molly. But It would be interesting to learn what counts as right and wrong to a complete novice like me.
That would absolutely be me crawling back like Ellie's Mom did. Only I wouldn't have had the guts to walk out there to begin with. I was shaking just watching them.

I would be more scared of what is in the water in some of these harbors. Some are kind of nasty.
