i was surprised at bad frames but i forgot its in 4k.
RPCS3 is very CPU intensive. and relies on more cores and threads that have a high single core single thread performance. if he was using a 5800x he would get about 10 -15 more frames due to rpcs3 has more cores and threads to work with. i was pushing 4K visuals on a vega 64 using RPCS3
@@matthewjuarbe5826 Yes but GPU load should be low during RCPS3 gameplay (that is emulation dev recommendation for maintain best performance). It have something to do with RCPS3 constantly accessing GPU VRAM and busy GPU is slowing down the rest of emulation. Devs made great article on their website titled "A Deep-Dive into Hardware and Performance Scaling!". I recommend it for everyone interested in PS3 emulation. So lowering the resolution can improve FPS in certain cases.

What makes games so colorful? Is that mod or one of the rpcs3 visual setting, I saw others using it too
I did it with reshade, it has many options to improve the colors and to make it look sharper, there are more options and filters but I still don't use them

Of course this is my default configuration postimg.cc/tn62WKJD it normally works with this, even though in some games you have to move something else, in the video I put the configuration that I use in each game, in some I used this default in others I used one for that game in specific.

muchas gracias amigo :D y la configuracion dependera de cada juego pero puedes intentar esta que es la que tengo por defecto postlmg.cc/56PDVkxM esta es la configuracion que tengo por defecto aun que no todos los juegos funcionan al 100% con esta hay algunos que necesitan una configuracion personalizada, en el video puse las configuraciones personalizadas de esos juegos si quieres intentar alguno de esos juegos puedes ver esas configuraciones
Puedes intentar primero la configuracion por defecto que te pase y si vez que alguno no funciona bien intenta moverle a las opciones.

Amigo, se ve increíble el rendimiento, y aunque a muchos no les gusto con el reshade, para mí se ve espectacular, derrepente por mi monitor. Podrías decirme que configuración usaste en reshade para que se vea así?

Normally I use that configuration for almost all games but I also disable some effects if the game allows it, for example in the god of war 3 game patches, I disable all effects and unlock at 60 fps the game
Also try to see if the cpu is bottlenecking, I understand that this emulator uses a lot of cpu and benefits from the cores
With my processor, the bottleneck it does with this emulator is very noticeable, there are games like God of War: Ascension or God of War 3 and the cpu is at 80 or 90% and the gpu does not exceed 50%
Another example is twisted metal that the cpu is always at 80 or 90% and never goes above 24 fps

@@adrianogil Apparently the cpu is bottlenecking, the only thing I can think of is to put the spu xfloat accuracy option in relaxed xfloat to improve performance a bit but some games have graphic problems with this option and I can't think of anything else I could never improve the performance of games like god of war because of the bottleneck that I have

@@TonyGames64 I do, I hope you do another benchmark sometime where you run lower settings and show how smooth the expirence can be too. But this video proved that a mid ranged build can play 4k ps3 emulation, quite decently as well.

This is my configuration, this game is better on the xenia emulator, on the ps3 emulator it is between 25-30 fps depending on the area, in towns it goes down to 25 fps but on the xenia emulator it normally goes to 30 in 4k and in 1440p I normally go between 35 to 55 fps

justo estoy apunto de comprarme esa misma configuracion, rx6700xt y ryzen5600x, aunque tengo una duda, viendo tus videos muchos juegos solo los corres a 30fps, es porque la pc no da mas? por ejmeplo se podria correr xenoble chronicles 4k 60fps? no se si ahorrar y comprarme mejor cpu o gpu.
La mayoria los puedes correr a 40 60fps aun que hay excepciones por ejemplo el red dead, god of war que eso si muy apenas a 30 a 4k y otros por ejemplo el de jojos de ps3 que lo puedo desbloquear sin problemas pero siento que se desincroniza el audio cuando lo pongo a 60 y el def jam tambien.
Otra cosa tambien del emulador del play 3 es que ocupa mucho proce en algunos juegos como el twisted metal no alcance los 30 fps por el procesador.
En nintendo switch la mayoria se puede correr a 60 fps pero cuando hice los videos de nintendo switch no sabia como desbloquarlo jajaja asi que por eso salieron bloqueados a 30 fps aun que al igual que con el emulador del ps3 no todos los puedo correr a 60 estables como los pokemon mas nuevos eso estan a una media de 35 fps
Si quieres que vayan esos juegos a 60 fps si necesitarias una pc mas potente, esta pc corre muchos a 60 pero no todos y el xenoblade igual a una media de 30 fps a 4k

Pregunto porque la verdad juego casi todo a 720p aun jajaja y no sé si el rendimiento es igual que en otros juegos no emulados, que sube con menor resolución
@@ElCanalDelAppa Si debe de aumentar el rendimiento al bajarle la resolucion pero el xenoblade esta bloqueado a 30 fps asi que no pasara de eso aun que lo pongas a 720p si no tienes algun mod para ponerlo a 60fps que todavia no encuentro lamentablemente jajaja pero la mayoria de juegos que estan bloqueados a 30 fps en el emulador del nintendo switch los puedes desbloquear con mods para ponerlos a 60 fps
Y en este emulador rpcs3 la diferencia de 4k a 1080p es poca como de 5 a 10 fps por que este con este emulador mi cpu hace cuello de botella para notar mas la diferencia necesitaria un procesador mejor.

hola bro, actualmente tengo un ryzen 3 3200g y una rx 570 de 4gb, pienso comprarme el ryzen 5 5600x, ¿cuantos fps aproximados crees que obtendre con el ryzen 5 y la rx 570 jugando a la resolucion original (720p)?
creo que dependera de cada juego por ejemplo el god of war 3, uncharted 1 y 2, twisted metal no creo que puedas jugarlos

Si amigo si tengo pensado hacer un video poniendo los juegos en 1080p 1440p y 4k pero necesito un procesador mas potente por que ahorita no se nota mucho la diferencia por que el procesador hace cuello de botella, este emulador utiliza mas muchisimo el procesador asi que para hacer un video asi necesito un procesador mejor para que se note la diferencia luego actualizare el procesador para poder hacer videos mejores.
Y la diferencia que tengo ahorita es de unos 5 fps o a veces no se nota nada la diferencia de 1080p a 4k por el cuello de botella que da la cpu.

@@merkan7132 Already finished it days ago but thanks nonetheless 😁 It turned out that it's just the way it works right now. Sometimes there are 60 FPS in some places and drops to 30s in more demanding areas.

De los que estoy seguro es el god of war 3, demon souls, silent hill
el ratchet and clank, killzone y saint seiya no estoy completamente seguro solo los jugue como 1 hora cada uno y eran completamente jugables pero no sabria decirte bien si hasta el final
- el midnight club tiene un problema con los otros carros que no siguen la carrera
- el red dead no sabria decirte tampoco no lo jugue tanto pero igual en cuanto a rendimiento se ve mejor la version de xenia
- el uncharted tampoco se si es jugable hasta el final es el que mas problemas graficos tiene

I see them very similar in performance I see some tests where the i5 is better and in others ryzen is better but I think the i5 is a little better and in emulators I think only the rpcs3 emulator will not work well I think you need a processor with more cores for that emulator

I have the same GPU but with R5 2600 and Ram 24gb. Can I run it on 1080p 60fps?
I have seen gameplays with that cpu and if it works well but I don't know if all the games will work because the emulator uses the cpu too much, you could have bottleneck in some games
@@TonyGames64 I already know that this is why I was asking the CPU is meh and I agree that but, I need to have a try with Gow 3. I beat all of God of war games except 3 and ascensions
I've seen gow3 gameplays with that cpu and with an older gpu and the game is going well, you just need to disable some effects to make it work, in fact the gameplay that I recorded was with the effects activated without the effects works better
You could try disabling all the effects so that it works at 30 fps
wow ! 😮 Que impresionante 😀 A mi i7 3770K + 16 RAM 1600 MHz+ RX 480 de 8 GB de vídeo+ SSD 1 TB le cuesta trabajo mover este emulador. A futuro me compraré un Ryzen 7 7800X 3D o Ryzen 9 7950X 3D + una Nvidia 4090 para poder usar este y otros emuladores bastante exigentes.
Con eso no vas a batallar para cualquier emulador hahaha con mi PC solo el emulador de PS3 batallo los demás funcionan sin problema y con esa que vas a comprar no vas a batallar con ninguno

no creo que sea eso podria ser el procesador a veces con el mio hace cuello de botella este emulador exige mucho cpu o tambien puede ser por que la mayoria de los juegos estan bloqueados a 30 tienes que desactivar esa opcion en cada juego a veces tienes que ir a los parches de cada juego para que te deje desbloquear los fps, por ejemplo para que me dejara desbloquear el god of war tuve que ir a los parches y activar la opcion de unlock fps y ya lo pude poner a mas de 30
Te digo pueden ser varias cosas como el proce o que simplemente no lo andas desbloqueando puedes intentar primero eso a ver si te soluciona el problema amigo
@@TonyGames64 Es un i5 8400, el Hogwarts Legacy lo corre en alto y con el emulador este no sube de 30Fps xD Tendré que revisar como desbloquear los juegos.
sii checa eso siento que es lo que pasa que no no los desbloqueas si ves que estan bloqueados a 30 y no te dan bajones es muy probable que sea eso aun que igual el emulador aun que tengas un proce muy bueno consume demaciado a veces mi proce esta al 100 porciento por ejemplo en el twisted metal me va super mal ni a 30 fps llega xd igual checa a ver si con eso solucionas el problema casi todos los juegos tienen esas opciones en los parches si no en la configuracion donde dice framelimit intenta ver cual te va mejor puedes ponerle a 60 o desactivarlo o infinite tambien intenta eso

mmm I couldn't tell you what makes it go to a maximum of 20 fps, with the configuration the minimum was 22 in the towns but in other places it went up to 30 fps

Hasta ahorita ningun problema amigo con la grafica ni problemas de drivers y hasta ahorita el unico problema que eh tenido con este emulador es que consume demaciado cpu asi que a veces mi cpu se queda corto con algunos juegos si necesita una cpu mejor para correr juegos como god of war decentemente y ese es el unico problema que eh tenido en algunos juegos no en todos pero en cuanto a gpu ningun amigo

It's the cpu, games like god of war or twisted metal the cpu is at 80% and the gpu never reaches 100%, also you don't notice much difference between 1080p and 4k in performance due to the bottleneck caused by the cpu

No, I played each of these games for about 2 or 3 hours.
So far I haven't finished any of them but from what I played I didn't find any problem in any of them.
ReShade absolutely ruins the look of these games, but otherwise good vid
You can use the reshade just to make it look sharper but I put other shaders that I liked hahaha it was a mistake not only for that reason also because it affects performance a lot
