Glad you're impressed. #54-Jeff Wolfe just won an Emmy for stunts on NBC's Revolution. So, we're pretty proud of our students receiving rewards for ALL of their talents!
Clay Banks hahha. It was just on its part, when i wanted to write that ge looks and sounds like that actor, did the voiceover for the dad shark in shark tale. Cant believe i forgit his name, he's one of my fav. actors. Anyway wanted to write that. Then i read your comment. So funny
not to be mean, but emma said about 25 words and stared at the ground. although her monologue was powerful, i feel like she could have done a little more with the monologue.
Just the ones I can name: #54 (5:56) - Robert De Niro in Analyze This #73 (7:01) - Rachel McAdams in Mean Girls #64 (8:14) - Julia Roberts in Erin Brockovich
Yea, I agree with A D. Just because she didn't talk about dead parents or some shit... She is no less than. If she had taken on a more emotional monologue I am sure she would have done as beautiful a job as the other emotional ones too.
The second place girl was such a great character actress! Her voice was perfect! 5th place, Emma, made a very interesting choice for her monologue. I think it was a brave choice since you can't really perform though the words since there are only like three sentences but obviously the choice worked out for her. Though Karissa performed the monologue very well I think she would have placed higher with a lesser known monologue.
I don't get why the first girl who was tied for 5th place was ranked. She only said two sentences and they're powerful words, but she didn't act that great. The rest were very good though
I agree that she shouldn't have been ranked fifth but sometimes you don't have to say something to show a character or what the character has gone through

There was no emotion in her face at all Very disappointed
I have a question how do you find a monologue? these are from movies and stuff but how would you find one do you just chose any set of lines from any movie?
You can take any lines from a show or movie from one character to create your monologue. If you need help/recommendations you can look up monologues on google and see them posted in forums.
HERE IS THE MONOLOGUE FOR JOY #43 FOR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR IT: How many affairs does this make now? FOUR? No no no, that’s FIVE. Jesus Jenny why do you put up with this? The man is no good. Divorce him! Wait a minute. Wait just a minute. There’s a better way. Now jenny I JUST want you to hear me out. I’m talking about WASTING him. THINK! THINK! Jenny you’d be free. Th-there’s tons of things around the house we could you. Like Like Like Like-Gas for instance you-you-you-you- you put some cookies in the oven. Ok. Then suddenly you had to run down to the grocery store, get some more chocolate chip. How do you know that the pilot light is on the fridge? Ted is asleep on the couch as usual. VUALAA. Don’t give me that look. If I were in your shoes I’d have his head in the disposal before dinner.
I cant wait to make my way to LA and take your class Mr Banks. My favorite one is Melissa Franks, ive done a lot of research and i cant seem to find where its from and for many of those who think its from " The west wing" its not ive watched the whole episode. I would love to know where its from if anyone knows thank you!

He's in the movie Drive! Great work
@@drewsterman3293 I knew I recognised him!
It would by nice if we know the name of the Monologue and the Author
@Joann Cerritelli lol
ELISA TERRAS SHOULD'VE BEEN IN FIRST PLACE. OH MY GOD.
agreed.
Disagree. Just because she tried to cry? I admit she was good, but not enough even for the 3rd place. In my opinion, Carrie Kennedy should be the 1st.
i was just about to comment that
Yes great show of emotions
bro i knew it wasnt just me, i rewinded this shit 4 times!!!
Who else recognized that monologue from Mean Girls👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼
All talented in their own ways! Really enjoyed them all xo
holy shit Elisa Terras made me cry with her
That 5th place girl literally said four sentences! Amazing!
Woah, the third person was so powerful. I felt like it said more than the 2nd girl.
wow really good actors
Just put up my monologue if interested let me know what you think

How did that girl doing Mean Girls place higher than ANY of these great people?
my thoughts exactly
It's all about who you know unfortunately! SMH
Idk I thought it was pretty good
Yea, I agree with A D. Just because she didn't talk about dead parents or some shit... She is no less than. If she had taken on a more emotional monologue I am sure she would have done as beautiful a job as the other emotional ones too.

Coty Warn should of been number one, that was moving.
It was from Private Practice, and she played it amazingly. I agree with you.
Anjali's was far by the best dramatic one-total talent. Love her hope to see her go far
I see a harry style's fan
I don't get why the first girl who was tied for 5th place was ranked. She only said two sentences and they're powerful words, but she didn't act that great. The rest were very good though
LexieLuv414 it’s the fact that she was so powerful with only saying a few sentences.
I agree that she shouldn't have been ranked fifth but sometimes you don't have to say something to show a character or what the character has gone through
There was no emotion in her face at all
Very disappointed
Acting is in between the lines, the silences the feeling she produces, she was the most convincing one
#62 I feel was one of the ones that got so into character
#46 was halarious. She turs arround and then says scene. Aaa that was incredible
wow, #64 was sooo good! really emotional, i think she should’ve placed higher
omg the one with the fish is my fave
Jaimee Marshall me too! Great
Carrie Kennedy should've gotten first that was so funny and good
I think my favorite one is the first one
aka why he got first place lmao
Really? I found him so bad, fake, emotions not fitting
Anjali Khurana was amazing! My absolute favorite! I could totally feel the drama!
i love sampling these for beats
smart
I think Elisa Terras should have come first. I almost cried at her raw emotion.
14:55 is honestly favorite
I loved #64 :) I decided to use it for my one minute monologue assignment for my theater 1 class
XxHighway_UnicornxX what is this monologues actually called?

XxHighway_UnicornxX do you know the name of this monologue?
Where is Anjali's monologue from?
It’s from Erin Brockovich
Wow Jeff wolf = Robert De Niro
Bas Alers yes at 6:00 it was unbelievable
How the did #41 get tied for 5th?? She barely even talked!
The 2nd person should of won imo
Zorastorm 32 the emotions
It's not always about talking
the tension she gave was key
i wanna know where all these pieces are from
Where is the second one from
