Y'know Hadar, this skeptical sensation is worth. This is a kind of survival mode and that is entangled in our DNA. On the past we never New how many tigers we would have to face before the next meals...but the western philosophy says that the true happiness comes from inside. So there is a quote from Arthor C Brooks that says " when you move to California, the good mood last 6 moth, but the taxes(fee) last forever". There is one single place you can find happiness and this place is called Now. If you are not able to face happiness now, you will remain dreaming one day be able to face that, cuz you have linked your happiness to something in outside. So guys the moment is now. Be happy now no matter what cuz in this way anything can make you unhappy. So my big Hi from São Paulo, Brazil! Take care and peace!!!

Cadaqués is an awsome place. It is just at the very end of the Pyrenees chain, so geologically it is a "mountain village by the sea". Pay attention to the blackness of the stones on roofs and floors and everywhere: this belongs to the Alpine folding millions of years ago. Salvador Dalí was born in the area... No wonder some of his first paintings!!

And yes, having a car makes ALL the difference! You can buy a "coche kilómetro cero", cheaper than a new one, excellent quality.
Hadar, thank you for being so open and sincere! What you say totally resonates with me. Recently I’ve heard the following: Don’t worry about today’s problems, tomorrow you’ll have the new ones. And this helped me not to dwell on my current problems but to remember that they are temporary. And maybe they are not that bad as they could be. So I’ve even become kinda grateful for some hardships.
I think i got the same feeling as yours and i am also working on this. try my best to get myself out of this kind of toxic mood.
