Spat facts bro. had a girlfriend a few years ago, our relationship was made most of highs. One day she literaly said to me “ damn honney, i wish we could fight sometimes, why do you always do everything so right?” As a simp i didnt understand anything.
Bruhhhh this confused me bc my recent ex said i was “too much” when i would literally try to get my point across as to when it came evident that she couldn’t take accountability for how certain things she did made me feel. I thought it was normal to express or point out certain little inconsistencies etc.
Idk.. fuck it… anything i expressed to her in CALM tone & as partners to build on our relationship was literally met with her silence while on the phone with me or telling me that im behaving irrationally or something like that. Not ONCE did she even acknowledge that i AT LEAST was doing my best so that she could understand my safe & positive approach.
Worst feeling to fail at putting in genuine EFFORT to state that we are supposed to be on eachother’s side -supposed to understand eachother, and work through allowing eachother to feel SEEN/HEARD.
I will not fail to admit right here, TOO, that i am flawed. We are all flawed..& my flaws (frustration that would usually lead to anxiety/anger trying to call/text to SIMPLY have her say “i now see that my actions have made you feel unheard etc, i will become more aware of this” ----> this is the work ive done on myself to NOT gaslight a partner by saying “noo i never said it THAT way” blah blah blah.. bc that is putting blame right back away from u TO THEM. I never gave up on learning from my mistakes & sometimes hurtful words or yelling…im not proud of it but its so rewarding to YOUR MENTAL HEALTH to see the progress of replacing disrespect with respect.

When I started listening to FitX in 2020, I was angry when I watched a few videos of Fit back then, they made me angry, but I kept watching although it made me angry. Coz deep down I knew I had to, the truth was hurting and although it was making me angry I needed to hear that. FitX's videos where literally debunking my view of how I was made to believe women are, and their innocence and how we are made to believe that women are angels, because that was the perception I had about women and my than girlfriend, and unlearning that basically meant that I should renew my mind and way of thinking completely, which was very defficult but necessary, I'm greatful to Fit till today.
Now all I can say three years down the line is that most of what Fit says about female nature is true, and his advice works. Thank you Fit may your channel grow and all the best with your other business endeavours too.

Back before i overthought things, i just did what i wanted to do, i probably only could hear 50% or less of what they were saying. I was more self absorbed in what i want and that balance worked way better. I was getting treated great and not cheated on! When i started worrying about them too much, being too good to them, that's when i got treated worse, got cheated on too..
