Back in the 50s when I was a girl we used to go camping with my cousins at Lake Cootharaba. My uncle taught us to do the dishes the Pacific Island way. He was stationed on a pacific Island during the war. He said they did their dishes this way. We all went down to the shore. Rubbed our dishes all over with sand then rinsed them in the water. Dishes done. I don't think my mother and my aunty were very impressed though but us kids loved it. 🤣
Cannot tell you how much we enjoyed this episode. Absolutely amazing, the whale shark experience will never ever leave you💫 Thank you for doing what you do and creating such stunning beautiful, helpful and inspiring content 🐋
I cannot believe how fortunate you were. We swam with the whale sharks in 2022 and what an experience. Your free dive with only the four of you is worth a salute. Well done and excellent footage. Congratulations to you two and Kayleen and Sarah.
Fantastic episode guys. The frustrations with the boat motor will fade away but the memories of swimming with the whale sharks will last forever. So jealous!
Hey guys, fantastic content. Been an avid viewer for a while now. My bride (37years😉) spends 2-3 days making stews, chicken soups, meat balls, roasts (slices up the meat for sandwiches)etc and cryovac,s them. She usually makes around 30-40 which lasts for weeks. It’s simple to reheat the meal by placing it in a pot of boiling water, then using that hot water to wash your dishes in. Saves heaps of time and really cuts down on the waste/rubbish you have to carry out. We use a portable 12v cryovac unit with reusable bags. Keep up the great work 🤘👍😎
Was it just me or was Brad calling Keelan Keegan? 😂 Isn't there any fear of sharks when you are diving out deeper? Its amazing how well thought out your off grid camps are...from food to water. Great episode guys! 👍
Haha yeah just taking the micky out of him! We are always aware of sharks but we don't dive with spear guns so their attraction to us is much less. The long stints off grid do take a fair bit of forward thinking but its definitely worth it 🙌
Been going to Ningaloo for years . A garden weed sprayer 6-8 litres with water and quick swim in ocean and spray off works a treat . Lasts for days . Also a bucket of sea water to do the dishes in and small spray bottle of water to rinse dishes also saves a lot of your tank water.👍😊
Amazing episode, I am really impressed with your filming and editing skills, look forward to each episode and always watch to the end. Great job. Cheers Graham & Ann ZB171
Absolutely amazing footage in this video, this must be truely spectacular to experience Australia and the gorgeous sea creatures🐋 and all the other amazing things like the places you can camp and have a once in a lifetime door step view🌅. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing travels. You are making it possible for me to experience Australia and it's gorgeous locations by watching your content. I do love our country🇦🇺 and would love to travel, but I suffer from too many chronic health problems to do this, it means so much to me to see all your videos, a very big thank you😘 from the bottom of my heart 🥰
Hi Wendy, thank you for writing such a kind message. We are truly grateful to take you along with us. Messages like this motivate us more thank you know 🩵
What an amazing episode. The highs and lows of the boat. So glad you fixed it. The whale sharks. Wow. Such a bucket list item. Thanks so much for fantastic episode
Stunning place, went in there a few years ago to stay a week, left a month later 😃. Water from the pipes in the dunes was not to bad if you took it from the top. Lost my drone there while filming the old light house, got taken out by a eagle 😢 great clip thanks for sharing brought back lots of memories
I agree with the last comment. Great ambassadors for this country. You do such beautiful pics and vids and are having a ball at the same time. Enjoy Ningaloo
Great footage guys. I am booked in to your exact campsite next week for a whole week. Absolutely can't wait to get out there. Thank you for the inspiration.
Keep up the good work, I always enjoy your videos, we need to get our van off the driveway and enjoy more that Aust has to offer, looking forward to your next video. Regards Tony
My husband Peter has swum with whale sharks twice so understands your excitement when you had a whale shark to yourselves although his 2 dives were before they were a such a big tourist attraction . Great weather you had …………great photography thanks .
Hi Brad and Hayley, love your videos! Can you please do a video of the boat from bag to water? I'm wondering how much room is needed to store it and the process of setting it up. Cheers🍻
Good grief how truly wonderful that was!!!!!!! What battery do you have and how much solar? And presumably you have a DC to DC charger for your redarc system. Sorry....newbie questions:} Thank you for sharing!!!!
Hey Andrew! We have 600ah lithium /1080w solar running through 2x Redarc bcdc 50s and a manager 30 anything you might want to know about our van should be in this video here : ruclips.net/video/j52ZPJfsKcE/видео.htmlsi=ds4eOZvuCSn9INRI
Hi Guys, love your videos. also like the caravan. Could you please let me know the weights? How heavy is the caravan with all the water tanks full and all your gear in it? Thank you
Hi Olaf, thanks for tuning in! You can build your own van on the Zone RV website which is handy cause it will tell you your tare weight along with price and lead times 🙌 cms.zonerv.com.au/en-au/peregrine
@@our.australia.trip. thanks for the reply, I already checked out the build function at the zone site, was just wondering how much extra weight you carry for the travels you are doing? Included water which is already 300g how much is your food and personal gear weight. Just trying to figure out if my tow limit of 3500kg is enough. Thank you
Videos like this are why I don’t watch free to air tv anymore. 👍
Thanks Jon, that means a lot mate 🙌
I’m with you, sensational footage and editing

How do you manage to book two weeks at a time, when so many spots fill the day they're advertised (180 days ahead)?
An alarm on your phone and a little bit of luck on your side!
We are wondering why you Brad call Hayley, Patsy? Is it a nickname?
Yep!
I'm Jealous
