I like watching SungWon unbox these things way more than I would actually like getting a box every month and trying to figure out where to put all the stuff.
That Dragon Ball figure is a version of Broly from the Japanese Arcade game Dragon Ball Heroes. That mask is a mind control mask used by the villains of the series, who are time travelers, to get powerful warriors on their side. The first instance of that mask's usage was Time Breaker Bardock that first appeared in Dragon Ball Online and later Heroes and Xenoverse 2.

The full set contains Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Misdreavus, and Duskull. I just typed "Pokémon Ghost Gachapon Magnet" into ebay and lots of people are selling them!
