nice integral. the easiest and the fastest method is by substituting directly e^e^x=u so you have du=e^x(e^e^x)dt and then you just have to integrate e^x. so if x=0, u=e and if x=1, u=e^e and you get e^e-e^e^e. but its basicaly the same thing you did
