    Questions for next videos:
    1) How easy is it to buy a property under an LLC and/or a trust instead of your personal name? Are their benefits to this? Please go over pros and cons?
    2) Are there ways to buy your 2nd home without having to put 20% down? If so, please discuss ways.
    3) Is it better to go with a cash out refi or a HELOC? Which is better and what the the limitations and restrictions for qualifying for these? How do the rates & terms compare between the two?
    4) Can you only do a HELOC if you have a certain amount of equity or are there no minimums? what are the restrictions?
    5) For loans, is there a difference between qualifying for a builder loan (building from just a dirt lot with utilities at the street) vs. a hard money loan to renovate a distressed property that has bones but needs repairs? What are those differences? Explain how, if you can find a deal that is good enough (has enough meat on the bones), you can do the deal with $0 out of pocket costs or are there always out of pocket costs (skin in the game)?
