Nice. For better cooling, maybe block the holes in the back and bottom of the case that let's air in at the last fan. It looks like air can go in and out without going across the cards. I would think you want to maximize airflow between the cards.
I was just going to say he made me cry a little. Been trying to buy one for my gaming PC since launch. Even sold my old school Vega 56 for the upgrade. Oh well, one day. LMAO
I have my rig in a server case and card choking is an issue even with high RPM delta fans on the front of the case. The problem is these top vented coolers are not designed for server cases and they just exhaust into the lid that is about 2 millimeters away. I just eventually said screw it and watercooled the whole thing. Dropped temps from 68C per core down to 35C per core. Much better heat dissipation.

hey guys, i have a question. i want to buy some 3060´s for mining is there still this mining nerf on those cards from nvidia? or can i just plug in and start mining without doing some cracks or hacks on the brain of the card?
They can get very hot so close together, thermal runaway, The issues are simple enough. Electricity flowing in a conductor generates heat. Resistance to heat flow between the cable and the ambient environment causes the cable temperature to rise. Moderate increases in temperature are within the range for which the cable was designed, but temperatures above the design temperature shorten cable life.
Probably a better idea to use a 12 gpu open rig and put every other space to provide more cooling between. Slamming this many cards in a small space seems like a heat issues unless you have significant air moving through.

You need to mount the cards with more space between them, the back plate of the TUF 3080 gets very hot so all that hot air is getting sucked in by the fans from the card right behind it.
