I think the biggest bonus for the handling speed ugrade of Sheila is that you move faster while using it. Allows you to peek around corners a bit better. And you can also slide while having sheila out if you jump first and then crouch :)

I like that her perks actually make you think about which one you should go for. Too many other legends have one great perk and another horrible one you'll never choose(caustic tier 3)
@@Shercostahaving Scheila up more often basically means more ammo, because you're spending ability charge instead of real ammo. Putting it on cooldown between fights helps conserving ammo a lot, which is one of reasons why Rampart is so good for lategame.

If you get her reload speed perk, use it, then swap to another legend while near the wall, the speed carries over to the new legend.

Her reload perk actually applies to teammates behind her walls as well, so that's why, I'm not sure if it includes enemies though

I main rampart, i usually pick more ammo along with the quick reload, because quicker reload equals more ammo goes to waste
More ult can be less ammo as well

It has, but not in the obvious way. For some reason, it speeds up reloading animation and shortens delay between it, but not actual ammo count update.
