A timeless track with a story 👑
Butterfly VIP is by far the greatest track ever produced. To begin or close a set, it perfectly fits. The wonderful melody combined with the brutality of the kicks and the tempo, it's the perfect match. Ophidian is a genius, if not THE genius of hardcore music. This track is so beautiful everytime i hear it, i close my eyes and just feel the vibe. It's like he's telling us a story, through this masterpiece.

He never left enzyme record's. From 2004/05 was hardly able to release any more music under their label. Some Dj's from enzyme eg Nosferatu and Ruffneck have released over Neophyte record's for some time.
I miss the enzyme V.I.P and the X series it was a amazing time.

Well, it is more that the early HC style is way more captivating compared to the new style. Also Ophidian does more interesting stuff than the typical (imo at least)

Think of the quality hardcore which was made in the millennia era, which this track is one of. Compare this to the "piek kick" hardcore nowadays. I think somewhere hardcore made a wrong turn.
The difference is astonishing, and I don't think I will ever understand how or why it has shifted so far into the wrong direction
