I totally know what you mean… I find it easier to record when I’m holding the phone straight, but I will try to adjust that in the future but I agree with you 100%
Kash I understand that if you give them some pesos once they stop you they won’t give you a ticket. Thats how it was in the past and I don’t know if that is still the case.

It’s tightening up. You will notice they have cameras on now. So not seeing as much of that as of late
