    I made one of these this evening and it was so easy and relatively quick as far as bead weaving goes! I still have time to make several before the holiday is over. It’s just beautiful! I have lots of ideas and can’t wait to try embellishing with fringe or closing the bottom with elastic. I have 2 cats and a child and I have already lost 2 ornaments this year and I just got our tree up so the ability to move the cover to another ball is just wonderful! Thank you for sharing your tutorial! 😍

    Hi. I know this is a year old now but I was wondering if there was formula needed to figure out how long your unit needed to be if you used different beads. I tried to make it following the basic idea but with different beads and it wouldn't lay correctly over the ball. It was bunching up like pants that are too tight LOL Plus my ball requires 50 seed beads to go all the way around the neck snugly. Thanks.

Thanks for helping a newby continue to grow!

    • @EurekaCrystalBeads
      @EurekaCrystalBeads  Год назад +1

      Putting this net on a bottle seems like such a great idea! When it comes to the width of that first circle, I'd suggest just putting more beads in a section, so you have 11 sections with 4 beads in each - try to make it 5 beads. If that's too much, only add a bead to some of the sections or put a smaller bead in each instead of the same size bead.
      When it comes to length you can add length just by adding sections of seed beads + bicone; as long as in that first long string of beads you have an odd number of bicones, it will all add up, there will be just more of the net. Another way is to make the sections with seed beads longer by adding more beads to each section between bicones, but at some point this would stop looking so pretty.
      Hope this helped!

    I enjoy all of your projects, but it is difficult to follow as your camera is so far away from your work. Have you considered moving your camera closer instead of continuously moving the work up to the camera?

      Thanks for the kind words and the feedback, Cynthia! We'll definitely experiment and see if we can adjust our equipment to make things easier to see

      Hi Dianne thanks for your feedback! You can change the speed of the playback in the options on the video if you need it to go a little slower. :)
