Actually, Jennifer and Brad met in 1994, the same year season one aired. They started dating like two seasons ago and got married right after this season ended. So when he made his guest appearance, they were already married. 😊 Loved the reaction btw.

I forgot this episode we met Elizabeth's dad! It means next is one of my all time favorite episodes! :D BTW, so right, Ross is the best AND the worst character in so... SO many aspects XD
It's funny to think about the flashback episodes. To us today, it seems so unnecessary and maybe boring. But back then, before these shows were on syndication, or on the internet, or even on DVD set, you saw an episode once on TV and that was it. So the flashback episodes were probably like gold (say probably bc I don't really remember how I felt at the time). You got to see your favorite moments for only the second time. Unless of course, you VHS'd them lol

No the biggest guest star was Julia Roberts and she made an appearance right at the time of the peak of her fame. She was really2 huge back then and Bruce Willis is for sure bigger than Robin Williams. Brad Pitt didnt met Jenifer Aniston on the Friends set. By the time he was on the show they were already married. PS : In season 3 they had Ben Stiller on the show.
Btw I dont get why they keep making fun of Ross and Elizabeth's age for her being younger than him like "what is she 14? If she gets upset give her a Barbie, wait your not her dad?" But no one made fun of Rachel for dating Elizabeth's DAD or even better no one mad fun of Monica for dating Richard that was like her father's age, but when Ross is dating a girl younger than him they all made fun of him like wth, and she isn't his student anymore so wth, anyway Bruce Willis wasnt supposed to be in the show like that, but was a deal with him and Matthew Perry (I forgot already)
A widower dating a near-30 year old adult woman is the same as a university professor dating his student. Yeah, nothing wrong there. Totally no imbalance of power in the latter relationship.
It is called double standard my friend. I mean you don't have to look for fiction only. Jada slept with her son's 20 year old friend and bragged about it in a talk show for everyone to see.
They made fun of Monica dating a high school student, Ross pointed out how wierd dating Richard was even if the girls found him hot Ross made a point that Rachel was dating Elizabeth's dad b having a big age difference So they are brought up. But the main difference between the latter 2 is that Elizabeth is a 21year old student, Ross was her teacher, there's a power dinamic. Ross is an employed guy Elizabeth JUST finished college. They're in total different stages in life with their goals. If Elizabeth was the same age but had finished college (which is possible) was looking for work, or found work through her course, and Ross was never her teacher, that's a different story Edit: even though they made fun of Ross but also supported him too
