Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.
I think you should have placed higher BUT the sky is the limit. Politics have always been a part of bodybuilding. Unlike a lot of guys on the stage you have the size and structure to win it all. Only going to get a lot better in the future. Congrats on a great year.
Kroger in the USA did that for a short while here then stopped. You'd get your own scanner and scan the items as placed in the cart and pay on the way out. But they stopped it. It's been a while since that.

And get a better colour next time, Labrada is whiter, almost pink year round, but he was so dark on stage and they made him 7th. He is not better than you, neither Valliere...

Krizo should risk it like Nick and do some of those heavy free weight lifts to get deeper striations and maturity otherwise he has all the muscle and shape for a Mr Olympia. Doesn’t even have to get bigger

Dude, It's all about the money. He doesn't have the budget like Hadi has to come to the US 1 month prior the competiton.
