New Zealand National Mobile Alert System - Test 26/11/2017

New Zealand's new Civil Defense Emergency Management CDEM - Test of the National Mobile Alert System on my Galaxy Note5. Great service, the issues I had were it was too quiet, though the video does not portray that, and the alert needed to go on for a lot longer in case one didn't hear it. Other than that it is a good step forward to a better system and alternative to Radio, New etc, Ie having more options available means greater chance of being aware.
