I remember facing a cheater who had a throw break mod on, did not matter which throw I used, he guessed it right every time. Only until I called him out on the microphone did he drop the throw break mod and I was able to start actually throwing him.
Tbh I would love to see cheater vs cheater.. the 1st is can parry every attack with geese howard or leroy which is untouchable and the other one is someone like this lars
Nothing says that he is cheating unless it's a known player. There is only one low block and one duck that i can see to be considered for cheating. Other than that, he is doing a lot of punishable moves, usually when their HP is at an advantage the just block, but I didn't see that either.
Some of them just turn it on when they are at low health or when they about to lose. Unfortunately too many now, it's like they aren't even trying to hide it at this point. If they play safe it is nearly impossible if not hard to beat them.

Every single whif punished, so many low hits blocked out of nowhere or every grab. And as you have said, veeeery often when it's 2:2 they suddenly play so good, launch evrything than possibly can be launched. I stopped playing T7 because of that. It cost me too much nerves and time.

I kinda wish every company has Riot's anti-cheat system. Sure there's still some cheaters here and there but Riot's system is insanely fast when it detects a cheater 90% of the time.
i developed a strategy against them my main is law , i instatly play agressive but i only mash safe moves they just block block block , then i do backdash , and charge unblockable , and they still wait there xD u would be suprised how many times unblockables hit on cheaters , cuz they dont press nothing when u attack , they just wait for their auto punish . also on oki , try unblockable Sick Feng too !

I have stopped playing T7 because of rising amount of cheaters. I'm not even going to bother with T8 until it will be confirmed by community that T8 has any WORKING anticheats mechanics and punishments for cheaters and cable pluggers(at least in ranked games).

There's hackers that stunt lock you, so you can't punish at all and it's annoying. Also noticeable
