@@luenicluke because you need both AITrack that is a program that uses the image from your webcam to track your head rotation and movement and Open Track is another program that translates the info from AITrack to inputs in your game

I assigned the two buttons on the right hand side ( L3 and R3 ) if you are using Thrustmaster. These buttons are not fixed on the steering wheel.
