Eva 01 goes indeed beserk during the climax of the battle against the 10th Angel at the end of Evangelion 2.0 (Shinji is kind of the cause as unlike in the series he was in control for a large part), but the outcome is drastically different as it leads into the primary difference between 3.0 and 3.0 + 1.0 and the original anime + End of Eva. They could have given Eva 01 a true form based on that moment and it would have looked sick, but I guess taking something from the final film is more fitting.
I still feel little upset PONOS didnt change her stats at all. Speciall after what they do to unit 02. But unit 02 is not that good unit in pre tf when unit 01 is gain reputation as Siluman mention on video. So yeah its satisfying tf overall but still just feel little bitter. Maybe increase her stats little bit or make her surge chance 50% or guaranteed. Its just mini surge PONOS. Why still stingy? Or maybe change it into normal surge so when the surge happen its feel more rewarding.
I guess it's because Eva-01 already has quick attack rate. Giving her too high procs rate will result to surge spam. 30% chance is their final number where the surge can still happen frequent without breaking the scale
The upgrades is ok but the fact it's lock behind SoL is kinda meh. I mean look at 02 TF cost they're just simple catfruits so why epic seed and aku fruit for 01?
yeah thatd be fun but probably make the unit seem like its rng dependent. the mini is so low damage it feels more like a happy lil bonus to get a mini surge
Same thing with ryu true form and Akuma. Both have the exact same attack animation, but for some unknown reason, Akuma had multi hits while ryu doesn’t. WHY PONOS, WHY MUST YOU MAKE USELESS MULTIHIT ATTACKS?!
@@parnellomello I mean eh, SOL itself has gotten a bit power crept, so unlocking the ability to get them isn't too bad, tho the issue now is trying to actually get the Epic Seed from stage
