    Thanks for the great videos, which are useful and straight to the point.
    Can i leave a feedback? I'd personally love to hear body parts terminology and the correlation/causation of these issues. I know that the majority of people just wants a quick solution and doesn't care about the rest, but I instead think that it would be an interesting extra (maybe at the end of the video?) to teach and help prevent X problems.
    Thank you!

    I found standing 4-way neck training solved all my neck problems, just like grip work solved the hand pain. I wish training worked for the spine though, but nothing seems to work.

    • @phlox7792
      @phlox7792 Месяц назад

      The spine is tricky because a lot of low back pain is due to psoas but that is also affected by hip alignment. Then The thoracic spine is affected by the ribs and shoulders. So to fix spine issues it's a combo of training spine flexion extension and rotation as well as hip mobility and shoulder mobility

    Hey doc thanks for the upload I've been trying all these exercises but I've had a pain in my neck so bad that sometimes I can barely turn it like I can't drive sometimes because I can't move my neck enough to properly see everything or make a turn even and I didn't do any kind of trauma to it I'm starting to wonder if it's something a little more serious it's been going on for about a month it started with almost constant popping I'm not over exaggerating when I say that 1st week my neck popped more than it ever popped in its life combine times 10 with a lot of crepidis (sic?) it is and this just happened out of nowhere. Sometimes the deep stretches help when I can do them which is far in between lately sometimes ice helps but heat doesn't help like it used to it doesn't really help at all and it used to immediately loosen up those muscles I don't know I'm thinking I'm going to have to go to the hospital or something maybe try to find a primary care doctor I just feel like I shouldn't be this much pain and to have this much limited mobility for this long with no underlying traumatic cause.

    When my neck “locks up” it seems to give me a palpitation or give me nausea sometimes, then I have to “crack it”. I have read that the neck has tendons or ligaments that go down into chest. Ever hear of this? I do all I can to keep my neck loose.
